Introducing the Barnstable County Supply Catalog for FY '09 Online. This catalog lists office, janitorial and lunchroom that are available at discounted prices to all towns and municipal departments throughout Barnstable County. The prices listed in the catalog are primarily a result of bids solicited by the Barnstable County Purchasing Department as well as a few frequently purchased from State Contracts.

The entire contract for the supply and delivery of office supplies has been awarded to WB Mason. That means WB Mason will be supplying the office supply items listed in this catalog, as well as offering a 56.26% discount on most other items in their catalog. The following is a list of exemptions to the 56.26%:

  • Organizers and Pad Holders (pages 1077-1080) as are constructed primarily of natural leather
  • Dictation Equipment (pages 727-737)
  • Fax Machine (pages 760-770)
  • Computer Hardware (pages 560-565, 570-620)
  • Copiers (pages 622-623)
  • Plug-In Electrical Items consisting of machines, lighting fixtures, bulbs or lamps that fit into an electrical outlet
  • Toners (pages 625-638, 771-779, 1229-1269)
  • Janitorial Suppies (pages 930-982)
  • Any Bulletin Board or White Board larger than 36" x 48"
