Barnstable County invites sealed bids for Supply and Delivery of Toner Cartridges per Bid No. 7892.
Bid specifications may be obtained as of November 4, 2019 @ 9:00AM, on the Purchasing website at:

Bids will be received at the Superior Court House, Office of the County Commissioners, Purchasing
Department, 3195 Main Street, P.O. Box 427, Barnstable, MA 02630, on or before November 19, 2019 @
11:00AM.

Sealed envelopes containing bids shall be clearly marked “7892 – Supply and Delivery of Toner Cartridges”
NOTE: One original copy of each bid shall be submitted. NO faxed or emailed proposals will be
accepted.

The County of Barnstable reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informality
contained therein, and to award the contract as decided to be in the best interest of the County.
All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30B as
amended.
