We are pleased to announce that starting July 1, Barnstable County has partnered with Bonfire Interactive to create a new procurement portal that will allow you to access business opportunities and submit bids and proposals to the County digitally. With COVID-19, it was clear more than ever that it was time for the County to find ways to continue business and make bidding more accessible.
Vendors are encouraged to visit the Barnstable County Procurement Portal, then follow the link to the Bonfire vendor registration page to register your company.
Registration is easy and free. If you have any challenges with the registration process, please contact Bonfire Interactive Support at email@example.com.
When the time comes to bid on a project you can visit Bonfire’s training site specifically for Vendors for a quick tutorial. If you can download and upload documents you should have no worries on submitting proposals digitally. It’s that easy!
We are also doing away with the notifications on the Purchasing website and moving everything to Bonfire as part of the registration process.
